Start with the problem
Before discussing features, I want to be clear about whose problem we are solving and why it matters.
I finished my computer science degree in Jaipur in 2024 and joined Quid as an intern. I started with web development, then moved into QA and spent about a year testing the products our team was building.
While working in QA, I became more interested in the decisions behind the product. Why were we building a feature? Which user problem were we trying to solve? What should happen when requirements were unclear? I started taking on product work in early 2026 and formally moved into an Associate Product Manager role in April.
Work experience has taught me a lot, but I also wanted a more structured way to learn product management. That is why I joined ISB's Professional Certificate in Product Management. I want to understand the frameworks behind product strategy, analytics, business and AI, then test those ideas against the work I do every day.

QA taught me how quickly an unstated assumption can turn into a confusing requirement or an unexpected edge case.
Writing is one way I test my own understanding. It also gives me something concrete to come back to when my thinking changes.
